LED Street Lights are Closely Related to Our Life

The building lighting project in big cities refers to the installation of lighting fixtures on the ground. LED street lights are conducive to giving vehicles and passers-by essential visibility at night. LED street lights in big cities can not only improve traffic conditions and reduce driver fatigue, but also help improve urban road traffic capacity and ensure road traffic safety.

At present, most of the building lighting engineering lamps for general lighting of urban roads are LED street lamps. In fact, LED street lamps are now combined with an intelligent system LED street lamp automatic control system. Lighting lamps and lanterns lamps and lanterns should reasonably use solar power to prevent glare. The light from the LED street lamp should shine along the required angle and fall into the road surface to form a special pattern. The light of this lamp is wide and uniform, which can make the road surface very saturated and have little glare. In order to reduce glare, different LED luminous flux methods can be used for maximum light intensity.

The building lighting engineering lamps of municipal road lighting lamps can be roughly divided into cut-off lamps, semi-drawing lamps and non-cut-off lamps.

(1) The light directly irradiated by the cut-off lamp outside the road width does not exceed 10% of the color rendering index of the rated current of the lamp source. The light is extensive along the way, resulting in small glare. It can be used on important streets, main roads and expressways. The angle between the maximum light intensity direction of the lamp and the downward vertical axis of the lamp is 0°~65°, and the maximum light intensity standard values at the 90° and 80° angles are 10cd/1000lm and 30cd/1000lm respectively. When the lumen value of the light source is not fully considered, the maximum light intensity at a 90° angle cannot exceed 1000cd.

(2) The light directly irradiated outside the road width by semi-luminous lamps does not exceed 30% of the color rendering index of the rated current of the lamp source. The included angle between the maximum light intensity direction of the lamp and the downward vertical axis of the lamp is 0°-75°, and the maximum light intensity standard values at the 90° and 80° angles are 50cd/1000lm and 100ed/1000lm respectively. Regardless of the lumen specification of the lamp source, its maximum luminous intensity in the 90” angular direction shall not exceed 1000cd.
