Light pole

Installation requirements:

1. Dual-arm LED street lamp installation requirements: the distance between the street lamp above the motor vehicle path and the ground is not less than 11.5 meters, and the distance between the lamps above the sidewalk and the ground is 8.5 meters. The two sides are arranged cross, and the spacing is 50 meters. The power of the fast lane street light source is 120WLED street light, and the sidewalk street light source is 80WLED street light. Highway generally uses 12 meters high bar lamp, single cantilever double cantilever, 400W high pressure sodium lamp.

2, LED street lamp pole material is made of high quality Q235A steel (steel silicon content is not higher than 0.04%) bending conical rod, forming once, lamp pole is made of 4mm thick steel plate, lamp pole wall thickness does not include galvanized layer thickness. The shape of the main pole is conical, the diameter of the small end is about 85mm, and the diameter of the big end is about 200mm. Steel pipe with a diameter of 60mm is adopted for the lifting rod, and the outer length of the lifting rod is 1.6m for the motorway, 1.2m for the pavement, and the wall thickness is 3mm.

3, the surface of the LED street lamp pole is smooth, and there shall be no cracking, welding, continuous porosity, edge biting and inequality. The straight line error of the center line of the lamp pole shall not exceed 0.02% of the length of the rod. The appearance of the rod body shall have no uneven marks and the appearance of the lamp pole shall have no obvious defects.

4, LED street lamp pole welding mode is automatic subarc welding, ultrasonic inspection, welding GBl1345 ⅱ level standard requirements. Lamp post sleeve is fixed by threading nail and top wire.

5, LED street lamp pole surface through hot dip galvanized anticorrosive annealing furnace treatment, zinc layer is not less than 75 microns, the surface has practical smooth, color is basically the same, after the hammer test does not peel, not peeling, galvanized life is not less than 20 years.

6, need to paint the lamppost, color and brand according to the requirements of operation, smooth surface, stable quality of plastic layer, do not fade, do not fall off, strong adhesion, strong uv resistance, service life should not be less than 20 years, thickness ≥80um, in line with ASTMD339-83 standard.

The material classification

1.LED street lamp iron pole

At present, many domestic road lamp poles are made of iron LED street lamp poles. After processing and forming, the surface is sprayed with paint. The service cycle is about three or five years.

Stainless steel LED street lamp pole

Using stainless steel material, the service life is more than 3 times of iron lamp post (usually), the surface of the lamp post using hot dip galvanizing treatment, relatively improved production cost, mainly used in parks, scenic spots, courtyards and other sites.

3. Aluminum alloy lamp pole

The use of aluminum alloy processing molding, weight relative to the former two light, high strength, the surface of the protective film makes it line corrosion resistance is very good, more suitable for long-term outdoor use in harsh environment. Because of high cost, they are generally exported to some countries with good economic conditions, such as Europe and the United States.
