1. To solve the existing problems of light decay on high mast lighting fixtures, it is recommended that street lamp manufacturers start with basic materials and fundamentally solve the problem of high-power LED heat sources from the inside out. For example, when bonding light-emitting components and aluminum substrates, thermally conductive adhesives play a key role. Some manufacturers think that thermally conductive adhesive films or thermally conductive pads have better thermal conductivity, and the thicker the film thickness, the better, but they don’t think about thermal resistance. No matter how good the thermal conductivity is, it is useless to encounter the thermal resistance of the film thickness. What's more, the thermally conductive film or soft thermally conductive gasket cannot really adhere to the substrate, and there are actually many pores on the bonding surface. These pores look like hollow air pockets when viewed under an electron microscope, another form of thermal resistance. In the presence of so many thermal resistances that interfere with heat conduction, the efficiency of heat dissipation and heat conduction is virtually reduced.

2. Use the right thermal conductive adhesive, the recommended soft ceramic thermal conductive adhesive. The soft ceramic thermally conductive adhesive for screen printing is different from the traditional laminating thermally conductive adhesive film. The soft ceramic thermally conductive adhesive is soft and semi-liquid. When the screen printing machine squeegee is applied to the aluminum substrate, the thermally conductive particles will penetrate into the pores on the surface of the substrate and Fill to full. In this way, a completely flat plane without holes will be formed, and it will be completely bonded to the LED epitaxy substrate when it is bonded. In this way, the thermal resistance is reduced to the lowest level, and the heat can be quickly dissipated, which naturally reduces the ambient temperature of the LED grain, prolongs the life of the epitaxy and greatly delays the occurrence of light decay. In addition, due to the ductility of the soft ceramic heat-conducting paint applied by screen printing, it will change with the thermal expansion and contraction of the aluminum substrate during high-temperature baking or reflow, and the stress is very small, which will not cause the aluminum substrate to warp, let alone It will explode.


3. It is recommended to use soft ceramic heat dissipation paint for LED lamps for the external protection of high pole lamps. This spray-on soft ceramic heat-dissipating paint can be directly sprayed on the outside of the high pole lamp, and the construction is easy to operate. It can adapt to various shapes of heat-dissipating structures, and can also be adjusted into different colors to meet the needs of landscape design. The soft ceramic particles in the spray-type heat dissipation paint are nano-treated. The fine particles are not only easy to operate with the spray gun, but also make the heat-conducting particles on the same coating area more dense and dense, so that the area where the temperature volatilizes and diffuses becomes larger. Let the heat energy of the high pole lamp be conducted out quickly. Soft ceramic heat dissipation paint is a thermosetting material, which complies with RoHS environmental protection and safety regulations. The construction procedure is simple and does not require any special equipment. After being baked and heat-cured, it can withstand the high temperature of LEDs for a long time without any qualitative change.
