Recommended distance from light to plant

Plant types are usually classified into high or low light plant categories. The PAR value of plants is equal to the amount of light energy that plants can absorb. The higher the PAR, the light energy that plants can absorb promotes accelerated nutrition and/or flowering growth. The following are the plant types and recommended distances for the best light absorption LED grow lights

High-gloss plants

That is, the seedling stage of hemp, tomatoes, peppers, perennials, etc.-6 inches in the vegetative period within 2 weeks, and/or the flowering stage-16-30 inches.

Low light plant

That is, herbs and green leafy vegetables (such as basil lettuce) seedling stage-vegetative period 12 inches to 2 weeks vegetative period and/or flowering period-24-30 inches.

Plants are in the vegetative growth stage

-The recommended growth cycle is 18 hours of light in the vegetative growth phase. This photoperiod will create an environment that mimics the photoperiod in summer. During the vegetative growth period, the stages of cloning, transplanting, pruning and bending all start.

-Turn on the LED plant growth light for 18 hours a day, then turn off the light and let the plants last for another 6 hours in the dark. Most plants will need four to six weeks of flowering in the nutrient cycle before reaching the beginning.
